• We established a dedicated Inclusion & Diversity working group (led by our Inclusion & Sustainability Advisor) across our portfolio to coordinate EDI work.
• We appointed Community champions for several diversity groups.
• We joined the Employers Initiative on Domestic Abuse.

Astutis encourages its colleagues to engage with external communities through volunteering and charitable giving. For instance, via their “Charity and Community Policy”, employees are offered paid volunteer days to contribute to causes that matter to them.

We became accredited as a “Living Wage Employer” in the UK and became a “Committed Member of Inclusive Employers”.

1. We will publish a UK gender pay gap report (2025) indicating transparency around gender pay
2. We will launch an internal employee survey to measure the effectiveness of our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and evaluate if our diversity targets have been met.

We report to our board and investors regularly, and publish our findings externally through the Wilmington plc website.
