EDI objectives for 2026 onwards
- We will provide mentorship and support to at least one person of colour in their early career stage, supporting their progress in the environment and sustainability space to achieve professional membership with ISEP.
- Become an EDI Champion Employer in Nigeria by 2028, recognized by at least one national or international accreditation body.
- Launch a Wunderkind EDI Fellowship by 2027 for young professionals from underrepresented backgrounds to gain consulting experience and mentorship.
